Delivery Options Overview

Iqbal Mobile Parts provides flexible shipping solutions for all your needs. Whether you want economical shipping via standard courier, faster delivery through express services, or highly secure handling with trained freight experts, we have you covered. You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our shop if you prefer.

Exchange or Return of Goods:

Customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery if the product is in good condition. To preserve this right, products must be kept in their original state. If the device is damaged or destroyed without fault of the customer, this right still applies. Minor value reduction due to unpacking or testing the product does not prevent refund requests.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

• fully equipped equipment;

• a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Iqbal Mobile Parts online store;

• warranty card;

• a report with a description of the defect prepared by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation.
